The built environment we inhabit inevitably shapes our perception or self, others, and the world. Even an inch makes the difference of if we will engage with a stranger or not. We have so little control in the constructed world around us. Every object comes with a prescribed notion of use. In our piece, Assemble we wondered what it would look like if people could insert themselves, their individuality, their needs, their perceptions into the environment around them? 

Assemble with others is an interactive art piece - left to be formed by the viewer's descretion. Design becomes art. Forms intertwine, assemble, and disassemble.
