Female collegiate athletes often struggle with their mental health in silence, causing them to miss that others around them understand what they are going through. The Been There podcast provides a unique space, outside the normal university setting, which allows athletes to break down their walls and share profound details of their life, while still remaining anonymous. Been There Podcast is a 10 part podcast series published on Apple Podcasts and Spotify that was my undergraduate design capstone project.
